In our 30-minute discovery call, I’ll gently listen to the unique ways your heart is speaking, offering a warm and compassionate space for us to connect. We’ll explore any physical, energetic, or emotional concerns you’re experiencing, as well as any approaches you’ve tried before. With this understanding, I’ll provide a gentle assessment and help craft a caring plan that feels right for you. My intention is to create a comforting and supportive environment where we can discover the best way forward together. This call will allow us to maximize our time together in future sessions, focusing more on the deeper work without needing to revisit these initial discussions.
